CAIR Enrollment Form

DATABASE 101 | 201 CAIR BOOT CAMP ENROLLMENT REQUEST

Please fill out this form as a request to enroll in Heritage's Database 101/201 Computer-Assisted Investigative Reporting boot camp at the National Press Club.

There is no charge for attendance, but enrollment priority is given to working journalists, including editors, reporters and researchers, then to other media and communications professionals. Freelance journalists must provide prior to enrollment at least three bylined newsclips published within the past 12 months.

The boot camps tend to fill up fast, so those wishing to enroll should do so ASAP. Attendees should arrive at the Eric Friedheim Library in the National Press Club on the 13th floor not later than 9:30 a.m. The boot camps typically conclude by 5:00 p.m.

Because materials are prepared in advance, registered attendees are asked to please contact Patrick Tyrrell at The Heritage Foundation at (202) 546-4400 or course instructor Mark Tapscott at (202) 459-4968 or mark.tapscott@gmail.com if there is a need to cancel upon registering..
